good day

day 68 was a good day. it started out  bad but ended good. I didnt get to go to gym so I will have to go tomorrow.the best part of the day wws going on a daate with me wife.we had korean food then went to a movie. dinner was great and the movie was good  to my wife I had a great time on our date. I love you
