tired

day 61 and i am glad it is over. i found out that in full uniform i weigh 204lbs. my uniform is about 10-15 lbs.work was good. i got alot of studying done. i had fruit all day but for dinner i made me a juice. it was pretty good. the family is feeling pretty good so i am happy about that. i am getting sick of this deit but i have to make my goals before i start eating meals. i am almost there. to my wife thank you for the support. i love you
