day 66 was a good day. I felt like crap most of the day and I was sore because of a double workout. think I might have been a little dehydrated today but I drank over 32oz of water. I dont think I ate enough today but my dinner was awesome. it was tomato and red pepper soup and it was great. I did the biggest loser challenge today but I failed by .04 sec. o well I will do better next time. thanks to my wonder wife for a wonderful dinner. I love you a lot.
