crazy day

day 57 was a crazy day. no breakfast  since my oldest had a dental appointment first thing. after 4  hours of waiting,appt,and xrays we finnally got out of there. I dropped my daughter off at home I headed to work. still no fruit at work, lucky  for me I grabbed   an apple from the house. I feel bad since I have missed two dys of working out. I will be fine though. I am not worried. to my wife, I love you.
