day 46 I am very tired but I did great at my biggest loser challenge. this week was planks. not the funnest thing to do but I did good. I had to beat 4:04 minutes and I did it in 4:10 minutes . I would have gone longer but my shoulders were giving out. I ate lost of bananas and carrots today but work was really busy. I had a great juice tonight. thats to my lady for making it for me. love you
