good day

day 45 was a good day. my tat barely hurts at all and I know I have lost more weight. I cant wait for the weekend. I cant believe I have made it this long. I still want a steak and sandwiches but I dont have to have them. I am proud of my wife she is taking her doula certification classes which are not easy. I love you my lady
