yep its official. on day 56 i am under 200 lbs. i am at 199 and lost an in off my waist. so my tally is 33lbs down and 5 in off my waist. i updated my pics from last week. i have added a pic of me from my first journey which was last year and then one i took while i was at the ER last night so you can see some difference. today was hard since i we were having fish tacos again tonight. they were so good. i really like fish. i made my wife get here hair done today. she has been talking about it for a while now and i made her get an appointment. she looks soooo good. she got her hair colored a darker red with blue streaks. she is a hottie and i love her alot.
