a long day

day 54 was a crazy day. my wife is sick and got up 3 am burning up. needless to say i didnt get anymore sleep and i had to go to work. so i went to work and talked with my boss and he let me leave after my daughters doc appt. i was prepared though and taken some fruit to eat since i was working away from my shop. when i got home my wife was feeling a little better but not much. i feel bad though since i dont like when my family is sick. i missed gym which wasnt a big deal since i still walked alot. i cant wait till sunday so i can weigh in. thanks to my wonderful wife for her support. i love you
