snow

day 37 started out crappy. it was -2 degrees out side and i know my fingers got alittle frost bitten. they hurt like crazy for a couple of hours, even after running them under slightly cold water. i survived and didnt lose my fingers. the wind chill is horrible though. i didnt get up in time to make my juice so i just at fruit and then my naked for lunch and juice for dinner. overall a good day. thanks to my lovely wife for fixing me a great juice.
