Wow day 19 and i am not ready to stop. ready for a good salad but not ready to stop juicing. my workout this morning was a little crazy for me since i just started back up this week. i ran for 2 mi, walked 1/2 mi and then worked on sit ups and calves. i was doing very slow inclined situps and it kicked my but. i forgot how much you use your muscles when you do things slow. after 10 i was hurting bad but i kept going. i didnt get to juice this morning but that is just because i was being lazy since i was wanting to go to the gym. i had an apple for breakfast and then carrots about 930. my energy is still there but it fades about 9pm good thing we try to go to bed at 10. i am drinking about 64 oz a day and for me that is amazing. 3 weeks without a soda it is a new record for me. i dont think i am going to hit 5lbs this week but it doesnt matter as long as i am losing weight.
I feel bad today since my wife had a rough day with the kids, mainly my 2 yr old. i cant wait to have a normal job someday where i can be at home more often. I love my wife very much and she is a huge help with my getting healthy. i am proud of her since she has given up juice and soda. water is great but i really like my dr. pepper. i am thinking about just going back to juicing but then i remember my workout days where i have tuna and my recovery is a lot quicker. i will work that out later though. well till tomorow. to my better half i love you and i am very proud of you.
