Day 17 started out to be a great day. Went to the gym and ran 2 miles and lifted some weights. i drank some of my breakfast before i worked out and the rest after. it kept my energy up good. i felt like i could go longer working out but i had to go to work so i couldn't. the rest of the day went by kind of slow. i did minor workouts throughout the day.i have had alot of energy today which makes me feel like i need to keep juicing forever. well till tomorrow. to my wife i love you and am proud of you.
