yuck

Day 9 went great. went to work at noon since i worked last night. we have been selling some of our stuff so we can get ready for our move in June. I had energy all day it was great. i toned down my workouts so that i can weigh in at my best on friday. i am still doing my sit ups and pushups but that is all. tonight my wife made something that was worse, to me, than the green machine. the basil she put in killed all the flavor but then the tomato aftertaste wasnt good. i made it through it though. i can tell in my stomach and in my face that i am losing the weight. i am happy about that. when i reach my goal of being a walking zombie it will be great. i have not felt dizzy or light headed or anything today. it is great that my body is finally useing it as energy. overall a great day. till tomorrow    hey wifey i love you and thank you for the support
