food day
day 14, my reward day. juice for breakfast and lunch but popcorn for a snack and crab legs for dinner. i didnt gourge and i paced myself. finished of with a brownie my daughter made. im done for the reast of the week. i didnt all of it at once but throughout the day. i didn't do formal exercise but i did go up and down our stairs a good 20 times in a short period of time and i finally was able to clean up the fireworks after new years. did alot of standing crunches and squats. back to juicing tomorrow and we are going ice skating which is always fun. if i stay on track with 5 lbs a week then i will meet my end goal in feb instead of march. that would be great. we will see though. well till tomorrow, thanks to my wonderful wife for fixing great crab legs. proud of you for no juice or soda for 2 weeks now love you
