I can do it

so it is day 25 woohoo and because i didnt want to come home then go straight to bed i worked out at home. i only did a 30 min workout but playing dance central 2 on hard is not a walk in the park. i also added 20 pushups ever 2 songs and the switched to 20 power crunches. if you dont know what that is than just lay on your back and do a situp but while you are coming off the ground you bring your knees up to your head while keeping your feet off the ground. you will end up in a crunch position but when you straighten your legs on the down motion you hover your legs and feet along with you dont lay all the way on the groung. your muscles never stop working through the whole motion. when you do about 40 of those your abs should be on fire if your core isnt strong.

i have been trying to get rid of my spare tire and so far the hardest exercise is just standing up straight and sucking in my gut while holding in my gut for as long as i can. and then doing it again about 2 more times. i try do do that even while sitting. i have started to notice this week that my energy level drops after 8pm and i get tired a lot faster. i also have gone to bed when my stomach is growling. i think it is because of the extra workouts. i enjoy the rewards of the workouts so i am happy. on that note i will say that i love my wife and am proud of her. no juice/soda for 3 week. great job
